Weekend Elopements

I will work weekends, but prefer midweek for the above reasons.

You’ve got your reasons, perhaps you want something more genuine and less of a ‘show’. Maybe you don’t feel the need to have heaps of people around to solidify your love to one another. I specialise in elopements and intimate weddings which is a fancy way of saying I specialise in working with couples who prioritise themselves on their wedding day. They don’t make compromises for other people. They do exactly what they want to do, exactly how they want to do it. This is your day, let me help make it the day you’ve always dreamed of.

About James

My name is Jimmy. I started my business in 2017 as a wedding photographer, but over time have found I gravitated towards elopements and intimate weddings due to my passion for the intimacy and genuineness of the day. 

I am both a father and a husband, and these 2 girls are my everything. I absolutely love them, and if you book in with me, you will get to know them as I get to know you. 

As a result, every wedding I approach is with family in mind, to create lasting memories for you to hand down generation to generation.

Fun Facts

– I went to university for 12 years, and now I am a photographer. Money well spent.

– I played Football (soccer) in Europe in 2003

– I was in a metalcore band which travelled around Australia back in the 2010’s, I loved it. 

– Blueys dad ‘Bandit’ is my celebrity idol

Approach to Elopements

I prioritize intimacy. I push my clients to be vulnerable, in whatever way that comes across. I don’t go out of my way to direct a shot, but I will direct a moment without you knowing, and then sit back and watch as the emotions come out naturally.
