Caters to elopements Monday to Sunday of 2 to 15 people.

Accommodation

Accomodation is for only 2, The Bride & Groom. This allows the couple to have a night before the event then the night of the event to reflect and enjoy the day they just experienced.

Ceremony

We have two large decks. Gardens and lawned area with back drop of the mountains. Sunsets can be spectacular.

Photo Location

Many different photo options. Decked areas, lawn, garden, patio, fire pit etc. Photos can also be taken out in our paddocks with high mountain backdrops or valley backdrop.

Reception

We envisage the reception to be help on our lower deck area attached to The Cabin, but that of course is up to the Bride and Groom to choose. We then have a top deck for drinks and socialising.

Whether you’re celebrating an anniversary, planning a romantic weekend, escaping the city, or even dreaming of an intimate elopement or micro wedding, The Cabin provides the perfect backdrop. Venue History

Every place has a story, and The Cabin is no exception. What is now a calm and luxurious bush hideaway for couples began its life as a tiny house. Tucked away in the Lockyer Valley, The Cabin was originally designed for simple, compact living—a space where every corner had a purpose and where less was more. Over time, it evolved into something more special: a retreat where couples could step away from the rush of modern life and rediscover the art of slowing down.

The Cabin was created to honour both sides of this history—the working rhythm of the valley and the timeless beauty of the bush. Surrounded by bushland, rolling farmland, and the beauty of the Lockyer Valley. When it was transformed from a tiny house into today’s cabin, care was taken to preserve its sense of simplicity while adding comfort and warmth. Every detail is intentional, designed to invite guests to sink into the pace of the land around them. The fire pit encourages slow evenings under the stars, while the upcoming outdoor baths are set to add yet another way to connect with the landscape—soaking under the open sky, surrounded by trees, with nothing but birdsong and the crackle of firewood nearby.
From the very beginning, The Cabin has been about more than a place to sleep. It’s about experience, atmosphere, and memory.

Elopement Pricing

Two nights accomodation plus the dry hire of Venue for up to 15 guests. $1995.

Drinks, Food and extra seating is all to be supplied, we can’t supply any hire equipment. This allows complete control of what style and cost for Bride and Groom, whether it be hay bales or tables and chairs.
